Kokonte-Lafu is a well processed cassava flour from quality cassava suitable for your meal.

USES: For preparation of Kokonte meal and Tuo-Zafi

PREPARATION

1. Take 4 parts of water into a sauce pan
2. Place over a moderate heat and bring to boil
3. Take 1 part of cold water into a bowl and pour one ladle full of Kokonte-Lafu flour into the water in the bowl.
4. Mix till free from lumps
5. Pour the mixture into the boiling water and stir to boil. Add little salt if desired.
6. Add 1 part of Kokonte-Lafu flour and vigorously knead with a wooden spital till thick and smooth.
7. Add enough water and knead further if a smoother consistency is desired.
8. Mould into balls and serve with soup of your choice.
